  • I don’t mind working out in a group setting (4-12 people).
  • I do not have any underlying health conditions or injuries that would prevent me from exercising at a moderate to intense level for 30-45min.
  • I have attended group fitness classes in the past and I love the high energy atmosphere that they provide.
  • I don’t want to have to think about what I’m doing in the gym today. I just want an awesome coach to teach me the exercises, correct my form and let me work!!
